Conveniently located near Brentwood High Street, Romford, and Hornchurch, the property is just a 7-minute walk to the train station for easy access to Central London, and a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

The Space

This property is perfect for contractors, families, or groups attending events in the area. Parking is available for two cars on the shared driveway (please park carefully to maximise space).

Additional parking: There is an unreserved space near the back garden gate, although it is occasionally used by neighbours. Several unreserved bays are also available nearby.
